And how did our Kanban initiative affect the whole organisation to become more lean and agile?
Michael Beyer, Department Manager of the ‘Unified Network Objects’ Team at Swiss Railways explains the inner perspective of the evolution in this talk, while Sigi Kaltenecker who supported the change as a coach gives an outside point of view. Together we will sum up about lessons learned, traps and obstacles.
